The magical misery tour continues as President Barrack Obama rides his $2+ million bus brigade through Midwest swing states supposedly listening to American’s viewpoints and thoughts. The president continues to say this is not a political tour as taxpayers foot the bill and he still claims that the bailout and healthcare plans did not make the economy worse, but better if not for the “bad luck” of the Arab spring and Japanese tsunami that started this year.
The bible says that God resists the proud and gives grace to the humble. When our leaders ignore biblical economic principles and turn again and again to failed policies out of ideology and core beliefs instead of effectiveness, that is pride. Because pride comes before the fall, I would hope that Mr. Obama’s presidency would end before the fall of the nation. Anyone need an expensive Darth Vader bus?
