While greed and avarice in government and among rulers is nothing new. The United States is not like other countries. This country was founded on the belief that a self serving bloated government run by an elitist ruling class was to be avoided at all costs. What separates us from the European monarchies and iron fisted dictatorships of the rest of the world is the biblical model of servant leadership. In America, we are to submit to God and put the needs of others before ourselves, not oppress the common man or woman to get offices and limos.
